These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the betmly platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on betmly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betmly ("betmly", "we", "us", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the betmly website located at https://betmly.net and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gambling or gaming products offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

Each Player is permitted to maintain a single betmly account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balances where fraud or misuse is established.
betmly is required to carry out know-your-customer ("KYC") identity verification on all accounts. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents and any other documentation reasonably requested by betmly within 72 hours of such a request. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betmly account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betmly will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify betmly immediately via the contact details set out in Section 14.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your betmly account remains accurate and up to date. Material discrepancies between your registered details and the identity documents provided during KYC may result in account suspension.
All betmly accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and balances are displayed and processed in MYR. No foreign currency conversion is guaranteed or implied.
betmly currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following approved payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and FPX online banking transfer. betmly reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment channels at any time without prior notice.
Deposit transactions are typically credited to your betmly account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and network conditions. betmly does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified betmly account holders are processed within 5 to 15 minutes on standard payment channels during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed in circumstances including, but not limited to, pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or reasonable fraud investigation procedures.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the betmly cashier at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change and may vary by payment channel.
Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. betmly may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to RM 10 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified in advance of dormancy fees being applied. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
betmly reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including, without limitation, where the Platform suspects market manipulation, match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or technical errors in the published odds or game parameters.
In the event of any manifest error β including, without limitation, obviously incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or technical system failures β betmly reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. The Company's decision on matters of manifest error shall be final.
Bets on the sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body or the official provider of the market in question. Live casino and RNG game outcomes are determined by independently certified game systems. betmly's decision on all bet settlements is final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of placing a wager. These limits are subject to change and may be applied on a per-account basis at betmly's discretion.
betmly may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentive schemes to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
Bonuses are credited at betmly's sole discretion. Multiple accounts, misuse of bonus schemes, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination. Players may not hold multiple promotional offers simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

Breach of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the betmly Platform β including, without limitation, the betmly name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and compiled data β is owned by or licensed to betmly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any betmly Platform content without the prior written consent of betmly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betmly and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
betmly's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betmly account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betmly does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

In the event of account termination for reasons other than material breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method on file, subject to applicable verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betmly holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the betmly internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the applicable jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, betmly reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
betmly reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, betmly will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
